Polo Cracked Dash

I have a Polo 9n3 2 door 19tdi, I bought the car with the cracked dash thinking it would be an easy fix only to find out that it is part of the whole dash. I spent hours trying to think of a way to fix this without having to replace the whole dash.

So I have made a dash mat. Easy application.
